TRAINING PROGRAMS
Training is a process and must be treated as one. Therefore, below you will find various training programs for each level of fitness to guide you through your workouts. The aim of a program is to give you structure throughout your training as well as a method to track your results which will assist in identifying improvements or where improvements need to be made.

Each program consist of a 12 week training phase as I believe there is no quick fix and 12 weeks is the minimum time frame to see results.

depending on your goals, I have designed 3 muscle gaining programs and 3 weight loss programs with varying levels of difficulties. I recommend starting with the beginner program and working your way through to the advanced program (unless you have trained for over 5 years).
