This program has been designed for individuals that have improved their technique and are ready to advance their program and weekly volume to increase muscle gain. This program aims to develop body control, connective tissue strength and muscle hypertrophy by integrating tempo-based movements and advanced modifications to basic exercises over a 12-week period. This program will target key muscle groups over 5 days each week with adjustments to exercises, sets and tempo’s every 4 weeks. The rest-pause method has also been implemented within this program which aims to fatigue the muscle fibres, ensuring strength and growth plateaus are overcome resulting in accelerated muscle gain.

 

You will receive:

  • A program (excel spreadsheet).
  • 3 Video’s explaining the program and demonstrating each exercise (one video for each 4 week block).
