This program has been designed for individuals that are just beginning their fitness journey by introducing them to basic exercises that aim to build muscle and refine technique over a 12-week period. The program targets key muscle groups over 3 days each week with adjustments to exercises and sets every 4 weeks. By adjusting the program, you will target muscles from a variety of angles ensuring for muscle symmetry as well as experience muscle growth through an increase of sets, super sets and volume progression.

- A program (excel spreadsheet).
- 3 Video’s explaining the program and demonstrating each exercise (one video for each 4 week block).
