As a coach I offer nutrient and training coaching… so I thought over the next 5 weeks I would take you through 5 different workouts and share with you a few of my favourite exercises that will ensure for maximum growth.
This week I command you to drop your leg day and give this a go:
A1: 45 deg leg press 4x8 (focus on maximum depth)
B1: DB goblet squats 3x12
B2: DB Bulgarian split squats 3x12
C1: BB frog thrusts (like a regular, thrust but with feet flat together and flare knees at the top) 2x10
C2: Walking BW lunge long step 2x15
D1: Hamstring curls 2x20
D2: Hamstring curls AMRAP 1/2 pulse reps 2x X
