Nutrition and training should be a hobby not a chore….. Too many times I see people struggling through a process more than they should be… As a coach I like to first educate my team and then set simple parameters in place to get the desired results.
Instead of spending an hour at the gym walking to increase NEAT I like to get my clients to get outdoors and listen to podcasts.
